I updated July 24, 2024 and everything failed. Called up customer service and they sent me a discount for a new model. Their update caused my Charge 5 to quit working but I am the one paying for it. It seems that is a monopoly on how to make the consumer buy another product.

Well , it took some time but it might now be fixed. Saturday August 03, 2024 it updated after trying tons of times and it is back to working. Glad I held on and didn't give up. But now the battery drains from 100% -0% in a matter of 5 hours.
