Charge 5 is unresponsive

My 6 month old Fitbit died in January, 2024. Because I had purchased a warranty, I got a replacement in early February. That one stopped working on Sunday. I've cleaned the connections and the charger. I've tried the other charger I still had from previously. I've tried resetting it more times than I can count. Any ideas?

My replacement died after 2 months.  I cannot get a response from Fitbit support. It seems like they should replace the replacement.
