Charge 5 to recording data

Charge 5 stopped working yesterday. Fibit logo stuck on screen. Red light solid on bottom of device. Restarted using 3 taps on power cord. Since then no metrics are being recorded. No light (green or red) flashing on watch. Watch works for telling g time only. Sycs with battery % only. No steps or any other data being recorded. Restarted multiple times. Same problem
