I really wish that I would’ve kept my charge too. I really hate the charge five. It doesn’t respond to touch firm touch, soft touch beating on the face of the watch. It’s frustrating. It’s useless. I hate it.

Hi there, @michca00. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5. I understand how you must be feeling.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, please follow @Talahthas's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @michca00!

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. What might solve your issue is restarting your device following these instructions:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.

2.) Press the button located on the USB plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.

3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If that won't work for you, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support to get further assistance:
