Clock face that shows steps on the main screen

All I care about is steps, which clock face shows steps on the main screen, please?
I don't want to have to tap the screen to get to the data I want, we should be able to turn off what we don't care to see so that time and steps or time and distance are on the main screen at all times.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry about the clock faces on the Charge 5, @EnergyGuru.

I would recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers: Able to customize order of apps/stats on Charge 5

This is always helpful for the team of developers to continue to track popularity and demand over time. Regarding your question about what clock faces show steps in the main screen, you can try Runliner, Target, Slash, but keep in mind that other stats are also shown are the same time. For other clock faces, you will often need to tap on the screen to see a different stat.

Have a good day.

Thank you for the specific recommendations, Runliner, Target, and Slash.  None of these show the steps count consistently without having to tap the screen, which is the very frustrating flaw.   I've been using Slash and every time I have to tap the screen a few times to get to the steps count.

To it's credit, Runliner at least shows the progress bar for steps, better than nothing, but why there aren't the options of past Charge models like "Retro Double Stat", "Stats Heavy", "Steps Date", and "Mod Clock Date" is difficult to understand.

Worse, the Charge 5 is excluded from the developers' page where clever people in the Fitbit Community can create custom faces.

I think we all just wish we could have choices to show the data we want, and many of us want to see our steps on the main face without scrolling or tapping.      Fingers crossed, I can't afford to buy a new Charge 3 and it's too late to return or exchange this Charge 5.

It's always great to have more clock face options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these other ideas posted in the forums:

If you have a more specific idea, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community so other users can vote for it.

YES!  I could not agree more.  I got a Charge 5 for Christmas and I hate it because, unlike any other FB I have had, it does not show steps on the face and you have to cycle through.  It is infuriating.  I'll look into voting this suggestion up.
