Hi. I am unable to swipe left or right on my screen. I am able to move up and down. I have tried to re set using the cable.
Any help would be great

Hi there, @Flonell. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the touchscreen of your Charge 5 is still not working. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
- Tap your Fitbit device image.
- Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
Depending on how long you've had you Charge 5, you may have some options under warranty.
