Charge 5 - turn off vibrations

How do I turn off the vibration setting on Charge 5 whilst exercising as I don't know if its a notification about the exercise or something else. The notification seems to be something to do with active zones but I cannot confirm this because when I tap the device after it has vibrated the notification has past.

The only 2 vibration options on the device settings are normal and strong

Please ignore this as I've found the answer in a Versa thread. I've turned off heart zone notifications
