I had bought charge 5 just one year ago and I am facing serious problem with my charge 5. it is getting off randomly many times in a day whereas it is fully charged. I contacted fitbit but they are refusing to either replace it or even repair of my device saying that warranty period is over. If they are unable to repair their device then fitbit has no right to sale their device. Completed waste of money. People should completely avoid purchasing any fitbit device.
