Just got a new charge 5 and disappointed by non-responsiveness of the watch, it crashed 3 times within the first 10 minutes, lack of challenges, and general poor exp. The quality of experience has gone down the gutter with the Google acquisition I couldn’t even signup properly for a Fitbit community account for 5 minutes because of a buggy mobile

In regards to your tracker, I understand this is a new device but may I know if you've tried troubleshooting tips? If not, I'd recommend restarting your tracker and changing the clock face to see if that helps.
