Charge 5 unresponsive and won't sync

My Charge 5 bracelet wont respond and won't sync with my phone.  Suggestions?

To better assist you, can please let me know why you mean by not responding? If the screen blank? Is the button not responding? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps
