My firbit Charge 5 was charged with 75% left at the point it started to act up. I have followed all steps posted for charging, checking bluetooth connection, uninstall ingredients and reinstalling.Fitbit and phone fully charged and can't get to sync. It has gone from unresponsive to constant rebooting going black screen and then flashing logo several times. To now having red circle with white x.
Comments in other posts have gone unanswered other than replies of additional users with same problem.
Only had this fitbit for 2 yrs. Would really appreciate a response and potential fix.
