My Charge 5 is completely unresponsive unless connected to the charging cable. It turns off as soon as I disconnect it.
I have tried to reset it via the cable button, via the settings and did a factory reset. Unpaired it from my phone and paired it again. Still unresponsive.
Battery is at 100% when charging, and will sync if charging. It will not record any information (e.g. Steps) unless it is charging and will not sync unless connected to the cable.
What can I do?
