Charge 5 unresponsive

Every one or two days my Fitbit has been going unresponsive and shoes either the Fitbit logo or a white cross in a red circle for a couple of weeks. This time it wont turn on, I've tried everything this week to solve the issue including a factory reset, changing the clock face and the 3 press restart

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. Thanks for having taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
Considering that even a factory reset didn't get your device back to working order, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance to save you further effort:
