My Fitbit started a pulsing vibration, the screen flashed a white screen. The unit is now non working. I tried pushing the button on the charging cable, 3 times with 1 second intervals, no response from Fitbit

I had a similar issue yesterday. My Fitbit was charged but completely “dead.” Although, when I attempted to charge it, I had an “x” with a red circle around it. I messaged Fitbit through their Facebook page. They were very responsive…

I appreciate the information provided about this issue with the Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the three pulse restart procedure.
