Hello Fellow Fitbit Users . . . I woke up this morning to a black screen and no response, so I put it on the charger thinking I had a low battery. Since then, it has continued to vibrate / buzz on and off the charging cord. I've done the 3x restart from the cord, but I only get the logo for a sec and then nothing. I have also changed the clock face as recommended. Per the app, I have about 80% charge with my Fitbit and appears to be syncing okay; however, I still have a black screen and continues to vibrate / buzz . . . anyone else experiencing this? The Fitbit is only a year old~

Thank you for sharing this information about the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
There's a new firmware available that was released recently. Make sure to complete the update and check if you're able to see anything on the display after the update. If you don't see the firmware banner yet, keep in mind these updates are released progressively and you should receive it soon as well.
