Not syncing, signing with Google

Got a notification to move my Charge5 to google which I thought it already was and now it’s not syncing and I keep getting a notification saying there’s an error and my charge 5 cannot update apps

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums. 

Other users have reported having the same problem in the last few days. Some people have mentioned they've found helpful to turn off Wi-Fi and use cellular data instead.  Let me know if you continue to get this error message with Wi-Fi off. 

The team is aware of this problem reported by users and they're working to find a solution as soon as possible, but we haven't received any other updates for the moment.
