Hi does anyone have any issues with the vibrations setting with the charge 5? I have mine set on strong for alarm clock and was working fine right up to December 21st 2023. Reset alarm last night January 1st 2024 for work this morning. Alarm went off with a very weak vibration despite it set on strong in settings. Only for I had alarm set on my phone I definitely would not have woken with fitbit alarm

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your Charge 5 either from the Settings menu on the device or by using the charging cable that came with your device? If not, that's the first step to try.

Yes i have tried all that but the vibration for alarm still weak even though its on strong setting
