Charge 5 white screen

 

I have rebooted

I have synchronized

I have rebooted again

I waited until the battery was empty.

I have charged...

and rebooted.

 

none of it worked.

Hi there, @iAndre. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
