My charge 5 screen is completely white. I have reset it, fully charged it, updated it, and changed the background without any effect. I purchased my original in November 2021, it failed in 6 months and I received a replacement in June 2022 and now it has also failed. Extremely disappointing considering my old charge 2 from 2017 still works. Any advice?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
