Charge 5 white screen

Hi,

My Fitbit charge 5 is less than a year old. Randomly today my screen is acting up, from going fully white to extremely dim. I can sync it and it tracks data, the screen seems to be off. I tried to to use the 3-step pulse restart and change the clock-face, but to no avail.

Not sure what's happening? Would appreciate any help you can provide.

Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They may have you repeat the troubleshooting steps you've done. If they confirm that your device is defective and since you've had it for less than a year, they should let you know what are your options under warranty. Hopefully, the process will go smoothly for you.
