How do i fix my charge 5? It went white screen on me last night. I've had it just over a year. Ive tried the reset and fully charge. All the stuff Google recommends. Nothing works. This was much too expensive to only last a year. Please help!!

Hi there, @JP424. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before posting here. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
