Charge 5 white screen

The Fitbit is working otherwise, but the screen is white

Hello @Jsperbeck 

The first recommended troubleshooting step is to restart your device. You'll need to use the charging cable that came with your Charge 5 since you aren't able to access the Settings menu on the device. This page has detailed instructions on: How to restart Charge 5 

Another recommended troubleshooting step is to try changing the clock face as that sometimes can work to get your device "unstuck". Here are the instructions on: Changing clock face on Charge 5  You can change back to your preferred clock face if this step is successful. 

You may need to try restarting or changing the clock face a few times before concluding that your device is defective. If the troubleshooting steps are not successful, then you should contact Fitbit support
