Charge 5 wifi sync

On exercise auto recognise, my charge 5 will only sync swim after return to home wifi. Will not sync local to swim pool on 4g and typically only records part of 45 min swim session

Hi, @pamdor, welcome to the community, your Charge5 syncs with your Mobile phone via Bluetooth and you can see all the stats on your phone as soon as you have "Finished" your swim (if using the exercise option rather than auto-recognize) and synced. The link to the online dashboard is via WiFi from your Phone to the internet, if you need to sync using your cellphone signal you should check your Fitbit app phone settings allow mobile data transfer. You do not mention the make or model of your phone but on an Android phone from "Settings">apps>Fitbit>ensure all permissions are allowed, clear storage & cache (for good measure), Mobile data & WiFi - allow background data & unrestricted data usage, ensure battery usage is unrestricted.
