Customer service connect does not work via phone nor online chat!!!
Very disappointing .
Issue: Charge 5 will not sync to my app on iPhone 13. When the battery runs completely out and then I recharge is when I have issues. I am really disappointed. Also, The co2 monitor didn't work so I bought premium and it still doesn't work but very occasionally it does.
