Charge 5 will not charge

My Charge 5 which is brand new will not charge. I’ve done everything I was told to try

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems that you already tried the basic troubleshooting steps. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can let you know how to proceed.
