I am such a fan of Fitbit. Their app is amazing! But I am so disappointed with my experience with the Charge 5. The set up was terrible. It wouldn't stay connected to my Bluetooth and took me two days of trying everything to finally update the firmware. Now the battery keeps dying within a day-ish and the only advice they can give is to turn off features. What was the point of upgrading then? I had a Charge 3 with none of the new features that lasted me 5ish days. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement! They took a gamble marketing the new features without a battery that could support them. In the end they'll just lose customers.
