Charge 5 will not charge, ordered new Fitbit charger, tried pushing the button 3 times on the cord. Cleaned all the contacts and still nothing happens. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed, bought in Dec. 2021.

J’ai le même problème après 14 mois, je reçois toujours le même message du service à la clientèle.Toutes les suggestions sur la façon de résoudre ce problème à trois reprise. J’ai hâte qu’il offre de m’envoyer une montre neuve ou me la réparer.
