Charge 5 will not sync

Been abroad. However on return and tried to sync it will not sync.  Clock is an hour ahead and my steps are accumlating since Thursday. I have to to reinstall and sync but nothing

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they provided you with some instructions. Could you please confirm if you're still having the same problem?
