Hello,
My FitBit Charge 5 will no longer charge.
1. I did a restart.
2. I have tried two different cables and mulitlpe chargers. I know the cable is good because I tested with another fitbit.
What can I do?
Thank You,
Michael

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @mikesail!
Sad to hear that you're having issues charging your Charge 5. Thanks for having tried to fix this by yourself having covered most of the reasons why your device possibly won't charge. What's left is trying to clean the charging contacts of your Charge 5 as described here:
How do I clean my Fitbit device?
It's also worth mentioning that restarting your device might take another try to make it work. To do so, please follow these instructions closely as timing is crucial for this procedure:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I have cleaned and tried to restart. Still blank with no charge.

It may be related to the failed Firmware update issue (it won't let me link the thread: "Charge 5 Firmware Update 194.61"), which has been a problem for a lot of Charge 5 users. If your device is still under warranty, you should contact customer support. They will go through a bunch of irrelevant troubleshooting (it won't matter that you already cleaned the charger, they will make you do it again), and then they'll send you a replacement. If it's not under warranty, they'll offer you a 35 percent off coupon to buy another Fitbit.
Also, if you are paying for Premium, don't forget to cancel before you get charged again. Fitbit absolutely does not offer refunds, even if your device breaks under warranty.
