Strange overnight "phantom" data

680 active minutes, 4900 calories burned and 29000 steps all while my charge 5 sat on my bedside table. Anyone else experienced this, only had the 5 for a week, never had anything like this happen with my 4.

Yes, when the tracker was sitting next to a fan. We also have seen Mobile Trac add steps

I found a few references to fans adding steps and I do have a fan running. I was more interested in the active minutes, there were over 11hrs but it was 7:30am so it is mathematically impossible to get to that number of minutes at that time. Anyway all good this morning it reset and seems to be back to normal.

Then your original post never mentioned your concern. 

Since we have a Charge 5, we are not talking about Active minutes but Active Zone minutes. 

Depending on how active the minute is, 2 zone minutes may have been awarde

What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
