Charge 5 won't charge anymore

My charge 5 will not charge. Tried to rest the charger with no luck. Not sure if charger or watch. Need to get this replaced asap so need to know which one.

Hi there, @Cebear. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging, I will do my best to help you with this! 

As a first approach, please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

I'd like to point out that it's very important to have your devices charging contacts clean to get it charged properly. Also the pins on it's charging adapter have to be clean and being able to move in and out their casing.
