I've had my Fitbit Charge 5 for 2 years, and had no problems until last week I couldn't get it to charge. Have gone through the checklist, cleaned fitbit and charger, checked all connections but no luck. There is a buzz and the logon on the fitbit when connected, but will not charge - any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi there, @KiwiAJ. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging anymore. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used, how well the charger is seated, etc. If you are charging your Luxe on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
Also, please confirm whether you've tried all tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thanks, Yes I have tried all the tips in the help article, with the exception of a new charging cord. I don't want to buy a new one if the issue is likely to be the fitbit
I have always used the same power source, not a fast charge one, and the has always been charged in the same place on a shelf. There was a connection, and it would buzz every 10 seconds or so, but at 1% battery and wouldn't charge any more.
