Charge 5 won't charge or sync

My charge 5 is not syncing and now will not charge at all, what do I do?

this is a replacement charge 5 so not even six months old. Very disappointing

I have exactly the same problem and also with a replacement charge 5. None of the troubleshooting below helped.

I cant restart the device as it is not responding to the charger. I have disconnected the Bluetooth and reconnected. I have turned my phone off and on again.

I think its the charge 5, as it has rolled all of yesterdays steps into today!!!

Really disappointed with this, and the support received so far 😞

Managed to do the restart on the device and have now lost all the data from yesterday and today!!!

Mine is not working at all. I have tried all the suggested fixes and still not working.

Mine was 13 months old when it died. They know this is a software problem but they are doing NOTHING but offering a 35% discount off the Full Retail price. Which ends up being about $10 less than getting one from Walmart, Kohls or even their own website. This us my 4th Fitbit and I am furious with them. Shame on them as they know this is a real problem.

If I was a conspiracy theorist I might say they are trying to force us to buy the new Charge 6 and I refuse to do so!
