Every time when your tracker runs out of battery , it takes a painful, complicated and prolonged steps and times to restore. the relevant trouble shooting steps were neither given in your website nor youtube. Contacting your inefficient support and waiting for slow response are such a nightmare

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @RubyYK!
Sad to hear that you're having issues charging your Charge 5.
Please have a closer look here for troubleshooting as a first attempt to get things working as expected:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
I'd also like to point out that in general you shouldn't always let your device's battery drain completely before charging. Best keep it between 15 and 90 percent most of the time to not overly stress it and get the best possible battery life in the long run.
