Charge 5 won't charge

My Charge 5 won't recharge. I've cleaned the contacts on the back of the device and the charging cord, and I've pressed the reset button several times, still no joy. Any tips?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issue with the Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

As you mentioned earlier, if this is related to the battery, it's usually recommended to follow the steps provided in this article. It seems that you already tried a few steps and the restart procedure as well. 

In this case, if you continue to experience the same problem, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. I've been informed that you already contacted them. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
