Last charge cycle I did was acting funny saying charger not connected about 3/4 way through. Got it to charge completely. But now I need to charge again and it does not acknowledge being attached to the charger at all. Fit Bit is working and active (still have charge left) but won't recognize the charger. I changed the charger brick, verified the plug I am using is hot. The reset button on the USB-A side of the charger cord is not recognized either. What to do?

Hi, @tk5371! Take a look at the connector - are all of the pins still in place to make contact with the tracker? That seems to be the most common reason for chargers failing. Thanks for all the troubleshooting you already did!
