Charge 5 won't display the battery level

How do you get Fitbit to display battery level?   It used to do this,  now it has stopped !

Hi there, @RottweilerRuger. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

As @MakMak has mentioned, to check your battery level, swipe up from the clock face. The battery level icon is in the top left. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

 

If after following the above you still don't see it, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, @RottweilerRuger! Mine is at the top of the statistics page (when you swipe up from the clock). Are you not seeing it there?
