I have gotten this message that the charger may not be working correctly. I have used several chargers to recharge, but now those aren’t working.

@MarreFitbit, I was able to get a charge the week prior and it seem to start working normally. However, it is repeating the same issues. I has tried charging on four (4) different charging cables. At one point, it showed that it had a 99% charge and then was dead within hours.
I have tried resetting as instructed in another thread, but it has not resolved the issue.
I have cleaned contacts on both the Charge 5 and the cables.
I was involved in a beta test group last fall, would that have anything to do with the issues? My phone dashboard shows that I am using firmware version 57.20001.188.58
Thanks for any assistance.
