Charge 5 won't charge

My charger 5 will not charge

Hi, @namrie71 welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  It will be helpful if you can provide more information. How long have you had your "Charge 5"? Have you been able to sync your "Charge 5"? (Go to the Fitbit app on your phone & slide your finger down the "Today" screen & release, this should provoke syncing so you can observe the battery SOC next to the battery icon in the top right corner) If your "Charge 5" is still paired to your phone (& syncing) try changing the clock face in the app. From the "Today" screen in the app>touch your icon in the top left corner>Charge 5 tile>Gallery>clocks tab> select another clock face & install.

Please post here again with more info and let us know how you get on.
