Fitbit does not charge unless the USB end is pushed in one direction and hold on in that position. How do I get the charger replaced/purchase a new one? and what is the warranty period - I bought it Dec 22 from COSTCO. Trying to avoid returning it if the problem can be resolved without that.

I did look at that thread before reporting the issue. I looked at it again too. but none of those reasons apply to my case. Starting today morning, it's not charging at all, and money is on defective cable which was giving trouble for last few months. Seems like it might not get resolved through chat, I might just return it while I can and COSTCO accepts it.
