I have only had my charge 5 a week and it has stopped working I’ve left it charging all night and I still get messages saying it needs charging. What has gone wrong with it

Were you able to successfully charge it when you first got it? This page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why isn't my Fitbit battery charging?
If none of those troubleshooting steps are successful in getting your Charge 5 charged, you might want to return the device or get a replacement from the store since you got it only a week ago.
