My charge5 bought in Nov 2022 has gone dead before one year in use. It was losing charge off late.not getting charged after connecting to charger.

If you don't have success after following the troubleshooting steps, you should contact Fitbit support especially since your device is less than a year old.

I did all the trouble shooting recommended by the group. Got in touch with customer care. Followed there instructions. Nothing worked.
my Charge5 is asleep.RIP my friend.
