My charge 5 won't charge. I've cleaned both the charging cable and the connector points on the tracker but no luck. Any other suggestions before I have to purchase another cable?

I really appreciate you telling us about the issue you've been having with your Charge 5 and providing the steps you've already attempted.
I'll advise trying a different USB port or a wall charger with UL certification as a next step. Alternatively, you could try restarting your Fitbit by following these instructions.
