I just bought my Charge 5 about a month or so ago. It’s been fine charging, syncing and doing what it’s supposed to do. Today, I tried to plug in my charging cable to charge it and it won’t charge. I tried to sync my steps to my iPhone and it’s in an endless forever syncing cycle. Is it too far broken or is there something I can do?

Hi there, @Gugnard. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging anymore and your steps aren't syncing either. I will do my best to help you with this.
As a first approach, please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
Once you manage to charge your Charge 5, please attempt to sync and see how it goes. As per the description of your issue, it seems like your Charge 5 is not syncing due to it has ran out of battery.
