My charge 5 (that I purchased in June 2023) wont charge. I have cleaned the contacts and pressed the reset button on the charger numerous times. I did manage to get it to charge to about 55% this morning but it lost all of its charge within about 30 mins and I have been unable to charge it since. Any ideas as to what this could be?
