Hi,
My charge 5 has died and I can’t get it to charge. I’ve tried cleaning the charger and the watch, plugging it into different sockets, and the 3 pulse restart multiple times. Nothing has worked. Before it got to this point, I had noticed some issues with it charging over the past couple of weeks. I’d plug it in, it would show it charging, then I’d check it later and it had stopped charging almost immediately. Because of this, my charge 5 hasn’t been able to be 100% charged for a while. This past time it never showed it was charging. I’ve even tried using different charging cords, but nothing works. This is the second charge 5 I’ve had battery issues with. Is there anything Fitbit can do to fix this issue? And is there anything I can do to fix this charge 5 or am I going to be told I have to get a replacement again?

Following….as I have just received a replacement charge 5 as original one stopped holding charge. Now my replacement one won’t charge at all, came with 50% charge and I have not been unable to re-charge
