Hi - my Charge 5 stopped working while I was away last weekend (I dont think it ran out of charge as I'm fairly certain there was charge in it). Since returning home I have tried to charge using two different chargers but to no avail.
When I connect the unit to the charger I get a slight haptic response (three buzzes) but nothing else.
I have also tried the 3 button press method (three times) to no avail.
I have cleaned the connectors on the back of the watch and also on both chargers. Can you help please?
