I have been trying all day to update my Fitbit charge five to the new version. But it hasn’t synced since 2:02 AM on Monday and I didn’t start trying until today, Tuesday. I have Google things I have looked at YouTube I have tried to search this form nothing. I’ve tried everything and I am sick to death of it. I don’t have time for this **ahem**. It tells me that it found my charge five but then it says something went wrong. I have no idea what is going on and I need some advice. You can’t contact Fitbit directly that I know of does anybody have any advice. I have tried everything that Fitbit has set on their app that I have found on the Internet everything.
