I have all updated software but when I select find phone on charge 5 it says it can not find it. I have all notifications, blue tooth, etc turned on & Fitbit app refresh toggled on in iPhone 13 general settings. Through experimentation, the only time it works is when I have Fitbit app actually OPEN on my iPhone in my hand… which obviously defeats the intended purpose.

@Rosieposie4321 The app description (go to the app details in your Gallery) says that your Fitbit mobile app must be open or running in the background. Are you closing your app between reviewing your data or are you leaving it running in the background?
