My son's charge 5 was bought at christmas new on amazon and was working fine until 2 days ago. I've charged it for 24 hours and it went to 75% after 10 minutes and died after an hour. I've reset it twice using the charging cable and it makes no difference
Best AnswerI had same problem. Bought in October 2022 on Amazon. Called Fitbit support. What a nightmare. Keep being told they will get back to me and they don’t. I’ve made 4 phone calls and been on the phone with them for nearly 100 minutes and still no resolution even though the first rep agreed that I was due a replacement. Terrible customer service. The reps refuse to transfer me to a supervisor
